Salary - Up to £38,000.

ROLE
The successful applicant will report directly to the partner who heads the Residential Banking team. The team acts for 8 of the top 9 UK residential lenders and up to 25 lending lender brands and financial institutions. The role will involve assisting the partner in the department's work in acting on behalf of the firm's lender and other financial entity clients on a sole representation basis to protect their interests including dealing with:-
- risk management of the residential mortgage lending work;
- dealing with complex cases and title issues as they arise; and
- second charge lending, equity release, repossession sales, receiver appointments and title rectifications.
