Our industry-leading Conveyancing Client is looking for a solicitor to join their expanding Real Estate and Secured Lending teams based in their Liverpool Offices.

You will be acting on behalf of and working closely with LTD companies on BTL mortgages and bridging finance on primarily residential properties.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a supportive team in which they can develop and grow their residential and commercial knowledge.
Essential Skills required:
- At least 1 year of PQE
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Excellent client care skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of using a case management system (Proclaim)
