A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen in The Dental Surgery, London as we look to appoint a successor to one of our long standing dentists within the practice.
Shaun Smith is a well-regarded, in demand Dentist with skill set in Prosthodontic & Restorative dentistry, as well as being the co-founder of The Dental Surgery. He has seen its success grow into one of the finest dental practices in the UK and a true flagship practice for the Portman Dental Care group. The Dental Surgery boasts over 50 clinicians and support staff creating an outstanding experience for patients from broad range of expertise within dentistry.
The Surgery supports 15 clinical rooms with a keen focus on prevention, dedicating 6 of the rooms to full time hygiene, whilst also offering a complete dental and specialist team for their patients. The surgery can be found in the City of London on the Lower Ground Floor of The Corn Exchange building, it pulls in an affluent patient base from within the City and further field with easy access to major train and tube stations.
The Opportunity
The desired clinician will be a key player within the practice, offering exceptional patient care and ensuring patients are treated for all aspects of their oral health by either carrying out prosthodontic and restorative treatment themselves or referring patients to other specialists within the practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician who has an interest in Prosthodontics or is a Prosthodontic Specialist. You will have full clinical freedom allowing you to operate as you choose and there is excellent earning potential. You will also benefit from working in a high-end practice alongside other outstanding clinicians.
We would be looking for someone to start picking up 2 day per week, building up to a full handover of the book by October 2024 when Shaun will be retiring.
