I am working with a large construction consultancy who are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team based in Birmingham on a permanent basis.
You will play a role in overseeing stock condition survey programs for prestigious large-scale schemes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits.
- Perform inspections and condition surveys, delivering insightful reports that demonstrate attention to detail.
- Write articulate reports to effectively communicate findings.
- Manage diary schedules with finesse to ensure operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison.
Requirements:
- Experience working on residential buildings.
- A construction-related degree and/or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in the industry, showcasing knowledge and proficiency.
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to your vehicle.
- Excellent organisational skills, punctuality, and written and verbal communication.
