To stay ambitious, we need a Stocktake Audit Analyst who will embrace our heritage as we look to elevate our future.

The team is ultimately responsible for all of the Stocktake results for each store being accurate and investigated, ensuring all stores across the business have completed all required types of audit per Stocktake period.

You will analyse multiple audits to a high level in a fast paced environment along with monitoring additional daily audits with relation to theft, stock correction or those requested by the business. This role will involve monitoring and reporting on the highest audit discrepancies for multiple fascia’s to your line manager.

You will look to highlight any concerns found with employee theft from investigation of an audit to your line manager and ensure any complaints of stock are resolved before audits take place efficiently and effectively.

Within your role, you will work closely with area and regional managers, loss prevention, buying, warehouse and retail daily with relation to stock and ensure admin reports assigned to you from your line manager are up to date to ensure a smooth Stocktake process.

This role is based Monday to Friday at our Shirebrook Head Office.

Qualifications

  • Experience working across Retail is a must and knowledge of stock is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview
  • Must have a critical eye for detail
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Able to work well under pressure and on own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task, plan and priotise work schedule for self and work within agreed timescales set by Line Manager
  • Possesses outstanding organisational skills whilst being able to prioritise work accordingly
  • Excellent PC literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages – must have a good level of understanding in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
  • Show respect to others in a positive manner and build strong working relationships
  • Strong team player and role model, capable of gaining trust from your team and peers
  • Enthusiastic, positive, resourceful and resilient.
