JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a newly created team of two- With a new way around how to design smart approach for smart building infrastructure, to plan, construct, and maintain when our network infrastructure is prioritised at the same level as other systems and utilities. We do this through technology enablement programmes. Establishing industrial standards and best practices. Areas to cover will include: Edge data Centers, power & energy, sustainability, setting and performing test references Tier-1 testing process, Tier 2 testing/from ANNEX E (INFORMATIVE) or ANSI/TIA-526-14, IEC 61280-4-1, IETIA-568.3-E requirements, cabling configuration, test methods, and test references cords. How test instruments calculates loss’s budgets, connectivity, life & property safety, health & safety and wellbeing of staff support . Different cabling configuration requires different test references methods.

Our specific focus is our indoor networks and the best approach, the connectivity inside of a operational facility (environment) to accomplish all of the goals and to be able to best suited to that operational environment for the technology it needs and the applications that will be driven in that environment . A design criteria (Design Smart) to reintegrate parts of all the existing infrastructure into a highly capable network. The idea to building a technology network holistic approach E.g command & control systems-(MCU/Microcontroller) the wireless networks, security, network switches, CCTVs, AVs, digital directories (proprietary systems), connecting to the smart indoor converged networks all that architecture to meet all operational requirements. Our goal is everything has to be smart and connected , automated, to be more user centric so we can deliver these applications around health and security. There are lots of complexity beyond the technical complexity. The flexibility to deploy technology and backup infrastructure with a robust secure redundant network with good cybersecurity. Team of two develops and maintain cabling infrastructure in our own network and the edge data Centre. The generic cabling topologies, design distances and outlet configuration as well as for these locations, such as connectors, installation, and field testing, pathways to support the specifications and related characterisation description.

KEY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS SET:

  • Proficient in designing smart buildings projects for digital systems and smart infrastructure.
  • Proven record Building upgrades part of a capital plan project . E.g building automation systems, security upgrades, smart converged network.
  • 15yrs + highly experienced in smart cabling architecture, network security support for infrastructure engineering, wireless connectivity.
  • Highly skilled and in-depthknowledge in the area of IOMT.
  • Experience in implementing an architectural, well-planned, well-designed smart building network automation system, connected wirelessly, fibre-backroom networks, easily deploying new security technologies. E.g New cameras, red tracking and measuring not exceeding occupancy threshold levels, cards access to help control access, based upon occupancy, digital signage’s platform.
  • Must have full U.K. drivers license ( required)
  • Must be extensive experience and authorized ICT licensed,
  • Certification- (BICSI RCDD, PMP)
