Role Overview:
Our client is looking to hire a Supply Chain Analyst to become an integral part in their strategy to optimise their supply chain and logistic operations. In this role, you will use advanced Excel skills to analyse data, create detailed dashboards and provide actionable insights that drive their strategic decisions. Your expertise will ensure the efficient and effective deployment of their IoT devices, critical to enhancing operational assets across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise advanced Excel functions to create and manage detailed dashboards, reports, and forecasts that inform supply chain strategies.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, forecast demand, and assess supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand, optimising inventory levels and reducing costs.
- Develop recommendations to improve supply chain processes and increase efficiency.
- Generate regular performance reports for senior management, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and adherence to compliance and sustainability standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualisation tools.
- Proven analytical skills with experience in forecasting, data analysis, and problem-solving in a supply chain context.
- Experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or a similar role in any industry, with a thorough understanding of supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and present complex data clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
