Interview Method: Two - Interviews and one - Analytical Ability Test
Main Responsibilities:-
1. Supporting our customers in all project phases from the conceptual design of initial ideas to their successful implementation in operations
2. Conducting business process analyses and needs assessments to align solutions with business requirements
3. As a System Analyst, producing requirement and solution documents
4. Configure the System as per the Customer Requirements
5. Write Scripts (SQL, Procedures) to address the requirement
6. Support Development team during development
7. Prepare test cases for the new features and execute the test cases and test the new changes
8. Pre Production support (Deployment Issues, bugs analysis or support queries)
9. Post go live support (Defect analysis or customers support queries)
