Responsibilities:
- Lead system designs for platform projects, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, safety, and time parameters.
- Deliver tasks in compliance with standards and regulations.
- Refine existing designs and contribute to new product development.
- Resolve conflicts between contractual obligations and customer needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements for proposals.
- Generate non-conformance reports and Engineering Change Notes.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated industry experience in systems engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with hardware/software life cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within diverse teams.
