Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Systems Engineer for an initial 12-month assignment (Outside IR35) working for one of our major Defence clients in the West Midlands working on a new and complex long-term programme. This will give the right Systems Engineer the opportunity to work with a forward thinking and exciting business who are on the cutting edge of technology within their sector.

The successful Systems Engineer will be experienced in the following:
• Requirements Capture & Management (DOORS is useful)
• Safety critical experience
• Validation and Verification of Electronic Equipment
• Writing test scripts/strong documentation skills
• Strong understanding of the full Systems V Cycle
• Experience working on Military/ Defence programmes
• Full Systems Design experience
The day-to-day role will be managing the customer requirements and taking ownership of them throughout the process to ensure they are met. This role will also be customer facing so we need people with strong communication skills.
