Job Description
Due to expansion in the business my client is looking to appoint a Systems Implementation Analyst on a permanent basis. My client is a building, repairs and maintenance contactor based in Leeds.
The purpose of the role to oversee their job management software and provide a first line point for issue resolution, carry out project activities involving configuring the system and its use, undertake rigorous testing and ensure training is delivered to all users
Key Responsibilities
Become a system expert at a detailed configuration level
Communicate internally to get buy in on specific solutions or issues
Produce customised documentation as required
Carry out detailed testing of defined functional areas of the system
Create and carry out user training as required
Be part of the team overseeing any go live situations
Assist in resolving any issues arising from the use of the system
Skills, experience, and qualifications
IT literate
Proactive
Enthusiastic,
Customer focused
Good communicator.
Must be able to become an expert in job management system's.
Have credibility with management, supervisors, planners and operatives.
Experience within a repairs background would be advantageous
Salary, package, and benefits
Basic salary up to £30,000 (pro rata)
