CAFM/System Manager

As the CAFM Manager, you'll lead the testing, management, and optimization of the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to enhance FM operations across the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test, implement, and configure the Planon CAFM system in collaboration with stakeholders, defining requirements and functionalities.
- Manage databases and workflows within the CAFM system, focusing on space management, asset tracking, and maintenance scheduling.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to staff on CAFM system usage, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CAFM functionalities with other systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving CAFM-related issues.
- Experience of using Planon.
