Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for:

Being the first point of contact for managers, recruitment agencies, and candidates
Building positive working relationships with hiring managers and third party agencies
Create, post, and manage job advertisements
Shortlisting suitable candidates for hiring manager review
Ensuring all candidate trackers and systems are accurate and up to date
Leading the onboarding and induction process for new starters
Scheduling interviews and assessment centres, assisting in conducting interviews when necessary
Partnering with hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes, ensuring the processes is consistent and meets business needs
Delivering candidate feedback
Assisting in project work
Any other ad hoc duties as requiredProfile

The successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have:

Proven track record within a similar role (ideally within a busy in-house recruitment team)
Confident in stakeholder management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen eye for detail
IT literate, including all Microsoft Office applicationJob Offer
