We have an amazing opportunity for a Talent & Engagement Manager to join our HR team. The Talent & Engagement Manager is responsible for all recruitment within the HR department in London. Inclusive of Talent Attraction, Employee Branding, holistically looking at the employee life cycle, ensuring resourcing relationships are maintained with third party organisations whilst managing the day to day operational recruitment on property alongside the Talent & Engagement coordinator. Responsibility for overall administration of onboarding new talent, referencing, feedback, and file compliance. Responsible for updating job boards, posting adverts. Maintaining weekly reports of vacancies and overall recruitment activity.

Management of social accounts inclusive of Instagram, LinkedIn.

Supports and works closely with the HR management on the annual engagement diary and CSR. This includes all colleague celebrations and recognises annual social events.

Supporting the Director of Human Resources with any work relating to the department and wider hotel.
