Technical Account Manager - Bournemouth / Remote Key skills - Account Manager, IT Solutions, Key Account Manager, Technology I am working with a highly reputable IT Services organisation who has a UK wide customer based, and I am assisting them with the recruitment of a Technical Account Manager. You'd be working for a company who are almost overly passionate about the customer journey and customer success. As a Technical Account Manager you'd be responsible for managing aspects of presales and post sales activities and the overall relationship with the customer. You will work closely with the sales and business account management teams, to assist winning new business and retaining existing customers. You will provide outstanding technical services and consultancy before and after the sale. You will work closely with new and existing customers to identify required services and support customers to make effective use of these services. You will perform customer onboarding meetings and ensure that the customer's business model and infrastructure is understood. You will liaise regularly with customers and consistently hold review meetings, to ensure the service offering is in line with the customer's needs and future requirements. We are ideally looking for a candidate with a technical background and previous experience of working within the IT and Telecoms sector. An understanding of tech such as Cloud, Microsoft and Linux would be preferred, and previous exposure to dealing with any CISCO products. This role has come about due to further expansion and the desire to provide unparalleled levels of Service for all their clients. Your customer base would be the South Coast, so we are ideally looking for a candidate within commutable distances to areas such as Bournemouth, Southampton, Basingstoke etc. The role is hybrid and offers you the chance to organise your own pattern from office / home as your base. We are looking for a candidate who has ideally worked within IT Solutions or an MSP environment before and has a good technical understanding across IT Infrastructure / IT Support.
