Role Profile

In this new role, we are looking for an Employee Experience Product Manager. You will own the day-to-day activities related to the Employee Digital Experience (process and tech) to ensure the functionality is providing business value and working as expected. You will manage the product roadmap for all supported solutions. You will create a solution design to integrate the business process with the technology platform team.


Required Experience and Knowledge:


Technical Expertise: While you don’t need to be a coder, having a solid understanding of the technical aspects of product development is crucial.

As a product manager, you’ll need to grasp business concepts and align product strategies with organizational goals. Understanding market dynamics, revenue models, and competitive landscapes is essential.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Support and help communicate the overall product vision, define scope, prioritize, and manage backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, and upgrading technologies.
  • Manage the Experience backlog to ensure prioritization satisfies the needs of the end user.
  • Clearly communicate with internal and external customers to set the timing and functional expectations of product improvements and technical roadmaps.
  • Represent an independent voice with IT and business colleagues.
  • Understanding of technology and how it can be used to improve processes and services.
  • Ability to explain and present technical information to non-experts and advise/guide users in the use of systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders and project team to validate requirements; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues.
  • Own portal sites for methodologies and be responsible for ensuring the content stays current.
  • Partner with MGS Service Lines to drive a better experience.
  • Work cross-functionality with a diverse set GBS teams including Technology, HR, Commercial and Finance o deliver on shared goals across to drive Segment Value
  • Identify blockers and solve through creative problem solving, effectively escalating across all levels in the company when required.
  • Design customer engagement processes that address the various customer segments including GBS Service lines
  • Build effective mechanisms for providing internal feedback and external, voice of customer feedback to development teams.
  • Develop daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to objectively track progress to goals and to provide customer insights.
