Technical service Manager
Kenna Recruitment are representing a tier one contractor, who are in the market for a mechanical bias technical service manager to join their team. This project is a commercial fit out project valuing 10 million based in central London.

About the role:
You’ll be working closely with the senior team giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.
The ideal candidate can will have experience in managing MEP packages within commercial fit out and be mechanically bias.
Responsibilities:
- Regular updates and reports
- Completion and commission work.
- QA's
- Manging the sub-contractors
Requirements:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First aid cert
