Position Overview


  • Integrate sustainability practices into projects, aligning with the company's commitment to environmentally responsible construction.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Expansion: Contribute to the growth and expansion of the company's project portfolio.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Proven experience as a TSM in the construction industry, with a focus on complex structural and refurbishment projects ideally on listed buildings.
  • Support: Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout all phases of construction, including planning, design, execution, and completion.
  • Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolution: Address technical issues and challenges that arise during construction projects, working collaboratively with project teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Management: Coordinate with external vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials, equipment, and services within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities related to technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring the safety and integrity of project deliverables.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, drawings, reports, and other project-related documents.
  • and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for project teams to enhance their technical skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Communication: Serve as a technical liaison between the project team and clients, addressing technical inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
