Job Description
Due to continued success and exciting growth plans for 2023, we are looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join a market leading Managed Service Provider based in the middle of Bournemouth and Southampton in a highly sought after location and building with a salary of up to £35k. The role is 8-5pm, Monday to Friday and has hybrid flexibility after a probation period.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate good technical problem-solving skills and abilities whilst working as part of a Support team. The role will be a senior member of the Support team and will be a point of escalation for junior members such as 1st and 2nd Support Analysts.
Interaction with the Consultancy team is to be expected where you will have the opportunity to be involved in delivering consultancy work with oversight from the team members. This will involve initial customer engagement work, project planning delivery and onboarding new clients.
What you'll need:
Knowledge and understanding of ticketing systems
Knowledge of working with Remote Management Tools
Microsoft 365 and Azure
A basic understanding of Firewall and Switches
Experience of working as part of a Technical Support team
