We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer / Application Support Analyst to join a leading software development company. Working in a collaborative, team-centric environment, the Technical Support Engineer / Application Support Analyst will be expected to work full-time from the office just outside Bradford.
The Role
The Technical Support Engineer / Application Support Analyst will provide technical customer support for in-house developed products (SaaS), perform software installations and data imports, support and administer production hosted environments, investigate and resolve queries through to completion, and conduct performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
The Perfect Candidate!
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Technical Support Engineer / Application Support Analyst providing application support to a second-line capacity. They should also have SQL Server experience within a production environment with the ability to create and execute SQL statements and interpret results. Excellent written and spoken English and great communication skills are a must, as well as experience in Windows server maintenance.
