You will work on roles within the European geography, where the average deal size is £18k. This is an incredibly buoyant market with no lack of live roles. You will be taught how to win new business and start building your own network and brand.

Competitive base salary of £25k + added bonuses for hitting target each month
Ability to earn commission from day one from with an OTE of £50k

The Role Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Building strong relationships with your clients and keeping up to date with hiring criteria
Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn
Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for roles with your clients
Preparing candidates for interviews
Getting feedback from both sides and booking in any further interviews
Managing the process and being the middleman
The Ideal Candidate Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
Background in a sales role is ideal but not essential
Financially driven and eager to be successful
Team player
Confident speaking with a range of individuals on and off the phone
Self-driven
Resilient
