About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecoms Engineer to join our team to assist with the delivery of telecoms services to our ever expanding customer base.

You will be responsible for configuring and installing all types of telecoms equipment such as lines, broadband, hosted cloud telephony, telephone systems, networks, WiFi and IP CCTV.

Job Responsibilities: Configuring hosted telephony systems, WiFi solutions, network switches, IP CCTV and networks.

Preparing data collections for new installations Attending site and installing hosted telephony systems, WiFi solutions, network switches, IP CCTV and networks.

Liaising with customers and keeping them updated on the delivery and installation of telecom solutions Providing training on solutions that you have installed You may be required to attend site and assist the helpdesk with troubleshooting and resolve software and hardware issues where required.

Work with telephony providers and other vendors to debug and resolve provisioning issues.

Provide documentation and a clear handover to both the client and the support teams.

Responsible for giving a first-class service at all timesJob Experience Required: A positive attitude with a can do approach to everything!
