This growing Top 60 accountancy firm with over 400 staff in its London office has a great reputation for being a friendly and supportive place to work and providing their staff with challenging and varied roles. You will work in a friendly and growing team, and you can expect to work on an interesting array of clients from a wide range of industries.
Uniquely working within the audit team you will prepare group consolidations and statutory accounts for Ltd Companies from start to finish mainly under FRS 102, management accounts, corporation tax computation's. Your role will be varied and challenging, and training will be provided where necessary. You will work in a large team that will provide you with many growth opportunities in the future.
To be considered for this new role (July 2022) it is likely you will be a fully qualified ACCA or ACA Accounts Senior with at least 4 years of experience working for a UK based practice firm, including preparing group consolidations and statutory accounts (and ideally management accounts) from scratch and completing corporation tax computations
Overall, this is a unique opportunity for a good quality qualified Accounts Senior from a medium size or Top 100 practice background with a group consolidations exposure to join a leading player and carry out a high profile role with great training and genuine progression to Manager grade on offer, although this would also be the perfect springboard into a role within industry.
The firm also offers flexible / hybrid working allowing all staff to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (and often 2 days in the office and 3 days from home!). The firm have had great success recruiting candidates from smaller firm backgrounds and candidates relocating to London from regional practice firms.
