Job Description
A Trainee IT Support Engineer is required for a manufacturing company, based in Blackburn. A salary of up to £22,000 is offered, depending on experience.
You will report to the Group Infrastructure and Support Manager and carry out general first line duties, such as –
First point of contact for technical support for internal staff
Qualifying incidents logged
Work on a Helpdesk system to help resolve tickets
Troubleshoot issues
Escalate issues where required
Provide remote and onsite support

- General IT skills and knowledge
