Job Description
The Trainee Telecoms Surveyor will be responsible for all surveying, data collection, identifying solutions on-site when required and reporting back to the delivery team. Surveying both PIA duct and pole routes for civils and cabling for new multicore fibre installations, as well as liaising closely with desk-based planners to enable the completion of detailed planning packs.
The work will be carried out within a designated region.
We need a person with the following profile:
Geographical mobility
Good command of electronic devices
Ability in the handling of tools
Spatial vision and ability to interpret planimetry.
We are looking for someone who has some Telecoms experience, with the basic tickets, but wants to move into a Surveying role.
As a business, we invest in our staff and will provide the necessary training and guidance for someone to reach individual competency in the role.

In addition to a £26,000 salary, the company will provide etiher the use of a company vehicle, for work purposes only, or 45p mer mile where their own vehicle is being used.
