Training & Development Intern - Finance
This is a 12-month internship and we are looking for someone that is available immediately.

Job Summary:
1 - Create new learning items & all offering underneath Finance
2 - Enrolment of finance population in the system & track the completion of training
3 - Helping with the delivery of virtual or in person trainings
4 - Process improvement to ensure efficiency on archiving and tracking of training records and identifying eligible populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the finance function's Training and Development team
- Maintain and analyze data pertaining to training records
- Implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the delivery of services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance or Human Resources preferred
- Strong background is MS Excel and other O365 tools
- Digitally inclined, desire to learn PowerBI
