Our client prides itself on being a supportive and efficient environment with a close-knit team of 19 professionals. This includes 5 Veterinary Surgeons, one of whom has Advanced Practitioner status in Small Animal Internal Medicine, as well as 3 RVNs, 4 SVNs, and 2 VCAs.

Recognising the importance of work-life balance, the practice has been accredited as a 'Gold accredited flexible working practice.' It is also RCVS accredited and has been awarded Gold Status by the ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic. New team members are integrated into the existing team, and the practice works around their individual needs, whether it's accommodating childcare responsibilities, co-existing interests, or part-time hours.

As the practice continues to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon who can grow alongside them. This is a unique opportunity to influence the practice's development and bring in valuable experiences while avoiding potential pitfalls. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, the practice offers a comprehensive range of services, including orthopaedics, haematology, X-ray and ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, ECG, Echocardiology, and separate cat and dog wards and much more.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and organisation skills, taking pride in delivering high standards of care to patients, clients, and fellow team members.
