The Warehouse Planning Analyst will be responsible for creating accurate short, medium, and long-term warehousing plans whilst delivering commercial insights and analytics. The plans will cover headcount, equipment, and capacity.

The key responsibilities for the role of Warehouse Planning Analyst in Sheffield will be:
- Create warehousing plans using customer volumes to deliver an accurate and efficient staffing, materials/equipment, and capacity plan.
- Collaborate alongside the site's SLT to understand volume requirements, realising business goals into a workable plan.
- Deliver KPI reports based on planned vs actual figures.
- Produce financial reports with insight and highlight what went well and what requires improvement.
- Check accuracy of customer forecasts and raise any discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide solutions to ensure volumes are planned to meet SLAs whilst remaining profitable.
- Change any plans in line with trends, findings, and feedback.
The successful candidate for the role of Warehouse Planning Analyst in Sheffield will have:
- Experience in logistics or a 3PL business.
- Experience within operations on the shop floor in a warehousing environment.
- Warehousing planning experience for 2 years is desirable.
- Experience using WMS.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Previous experience using PowerBi would be desirable but not a necessity.
- A degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous.
The successful candidate for the role of Warehouse Planning Analyst in Sheffield will receive:
- A salary of £45,000 p/a.
- A Monday to Friday working schedule, with an early finish on a Friday.
